OUR WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY INFO


We take pride in our items.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply email us and return the item item within 90 days from your order and we will  assist you with a prompt refund upon receipt and examination, We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence of customer altering.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have
received a faulty or wrong item from us..

RETURN POSTAGE

-If you are returning a non-faulty item to us for a refund, then the cost of returning
the item to us is your responsibility.

-Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the
value of the goods.

-If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please call or email us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, and details of the mistake. We will gladly and promptly advise on how to proceed with the return.

 

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE ADDRESS YOU SUPPLY IS CORRECT
If an item is returned to us by the Postal Service due to an incorrect/non-existent
address given or unclaimed package, you can opt to have us :
- resend it to you but with the shipping charges as above  
- issue a refund for the items purchased minus the shipping fees.
